ASSON Adrian 'Adey' Aged 53 years, Ade passed away suddenly surrounded by family on 14th November. He was a loving husband, father and grandad, a fantastic brother and uncle. A wonderful friend, he will be much missed by all who knew and loved him. Adrian's funeral will take place on Friday 1st December at St Helens Crematorium at 10am. All enquires to Coop FuneralCare, St Helens 01744 23675. Any donations kindly given to go to Cancer Research Uk in memory of Adrian's mum Kath.

Ade brought optimism, happiness and a special sense of fun wherever he went. I was lucky to live with Ade in Preston for a couple of years and honoured that he was an usher at my wedding. The world is a poorer place since his passing. Love and thoughts go out to his family and friends at this sad time. The Preston friends will raise a glass in memory of this special man when we meet to pay our respects on Friday.
‘When you’re chewing on life’s gristle, don’t grumble, give a whistle, and this’ll help things turn out for the best’.
