MOORE Alan Peter Alan Moore sadly passed away on 18th August, 2023 aged 80 years. A beloved husband to his true love Joan, a loving dad to Stephen, Tony, Gary and Allison and their partners Claire, Lorraine and Paul. He was a cherished grandad to Daniel, Sarah, Johanna, Joel, Peter and Katie. Alan was very much loved and will be deeply missed by his wider family and close friends, especially his bowling buddies and Pilkingtons workmates. A memorial celebration service will take place in Greenacres, Blindfoot Lane, Rainford at 11:30am on Wednesday 20th September 2023 followed by a commemoration lunch at the Derby Arms, Rainford to 'raise a glass'. No flowers, please donate instead to the charity Dementia UK, which may be sent c/o the funeral directors.
