Agents notes

Refurbishment works have taken place to include relaying a new roof on the extension at the rear of the cottage. Planning permission has previously been granted for the erection of a two storey rear extension. Although permissions have now lapsed prospective purchasers may wish to revisit this as an option.

Please note that this property has previously had flood water enter the ground floor from the River Clun. These events were described as exceptional and due to the nature of the building and the small amount of water there was no lasting damage. The current owner has taken advice from a flood specialist and has installed a defensive wall around the front of the property and has also added flood gates to the front and rear doors
