Sale of alcohol hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 00:00 (currently permitted from 11:00 to 00:00); Friday & Saturday from 09:00 to 01:00 (currently permitted from 11:00 to 01:00); Sunday from 09:00 to 23:30 (currently permitted from 12:00 to 23:30); New Year's Eve/Day (continuous) from 09:00 to 23:00 (currently permitted from 11:00 to 23.-00); Christmas Day from 09:00 to 22:30 (currently permitted from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 22:30). All the other times, conditions and licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unchanged. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 26 March 2019, to the St Helens District Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Wesley House, Corporation Street St Helens, WAI0 IHF where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours and/or on generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly mote a false statement in connection with this application.
