Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, 41-43 Eccleston Street, Prescot, L34 5QD. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00. The opening hours of the premises are Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Section, Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, 2nd Floor, Yorkon Building,Archway Road, Huyton, L36 9FB, no later than 6 February 2019 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.knowsley.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
