AVENUE ST. TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (AVENUE STREET) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (N0.79) ORDER 2018
The Council intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 24 June 2018, will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Avenue Street, from Chorley Old Rd to Mortfield Gardens. Alternative route will be via Brownlow Way, Tennyson St, Eskrick St. The order is necessary due to resurfacing works which will last for approximately 1 day and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
