WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF PROPOSED MAJOR DEVELOPMENT Application No: 2018/32454 Proposal: Full Planning (Major) - Proposed change of use to the parking of cars, retention of three buildings and the demolition and clearance of other existing buildings Location: Caddlcks Clematis Nursery, Lymm Road, Grappenhall And Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 2TG Applicant: C/O Agent The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it under the terms of Article 15(2) (b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in trie area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Conversion of existing empty building to create 8 No 2 Bedroom apartments over 2/3 floors. Location: Emmanuel Church, Bold Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 1HP
The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
