Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2017/18660/FUL. Proposal: Forming new roof over existing livestock pens and extending existing roof to form canopy for Bentham District Farmers. Proposal: Erection of outbuilding to provide garage, store and jacuzzi therapy suite including demolition of existing garage and greenhouse for Mr & Mrs Jeremy Holderness. Location: Kimberley Skipton Road Low Bradley BD20 9ED Reason(s): Is a proposal for demolition of an unlisted building in a Conservation Area. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The applications are available to view and for comment online at https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ. Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 14th December 2017. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
