Notice of application for a new premises licence

I Craig Anthony Brayshaw of Heaton Fold Garden Centre, Overdale Drive, Heaton Bolton BL1 5BU have applied to Bolton Council for a new premises licence.

The relevant licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:

Proposed Licensable Activities and Hours of Operation

Alcohol licence for sale and consumption on the premises. 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday, Thursdays 9am to 8pm in November and December only (seasonal variation)

The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Regulatory Services, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to the above address by 14/09/17. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale - £5000.
