IT IS AN OFFENCE KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE WHICH IS PUNISHABLE BY A MAXIMUM FINE UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE.
