OSRAM UK PENSION SCHEME NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the OSRAM UK Pension Scheme (the "Scheme") is in the process of being wound up. The Trustees have corresponded by post with all known Members of the Scheme, and all known Members' and beneficiaries' benefits have been secured or transferred to alternative pension arrangements. All Creditors, Members and others who believe that they may have an entitlement, interest, claim against or beneficial interest in the assets of the OSRAM UK Pension Scheme are required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Ledvance Ltd, Aquila House, Delta Crescent, Westbrook, Warrington, WA5 7NR marked for the attention of Susannah May, HR. Notice must be provided by no later than two months of the date of this notice. After this date, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims and interests of which they then have notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands they have not then had notice. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustees about this matter need not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
