THE BOLTON (NEWBROOK ROAD AREA, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT] (NO.6) ORDER 2017

The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; operative from 9th March 2017 its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Newbrook Road area, Bolton, comprising all residential roads accessed from Newbrook Road, as specified in the Order.

A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours. Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 2nd March 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

THE BOLTON (WIGAN ROAD/HUNGER HILL AREAS, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT)

(NO.7) ORDER 2017

The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; operative from 9th March 2017 its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Wigan Road/Hunger Hill areas, Bolton. This is an area comprising roads in the Beaumont Chase, Hunger Hill and Wilmslow Road area as specified in the Order. A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours. Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 2nd March 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

THE BOLTON (ASTLEY BRIDGE SOUTH AREA, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.8) ORDER 2017

The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; operative from 9th March 2017 its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Astley Bridge South Area, Bolton. This is an area lying to the south of Moss Bank Way/Crompton Way and to the north of Astley Brook as specified in the Order. A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours. Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 2nd March 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

THE BOLTON (SMITHILLS AREA, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.9) ORDER 2017

The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; operative from 9th March 2017 its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Smithills Area, Bolton. This is an area comprising residential roads not currently subject to a 20mph speed limit order and also part of Temple Road which falls within Crompton Ward, as specified in the Order.

A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours. Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 2nd March 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
