Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1) The Bolton (Public Footpath Horwich 119 And Blackrod 013) (Temporary Closure) (No.64) Order 2022

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, which will be operative from 4th July 2022 and will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpaths Horwich 119 & Blackrod 013 commencing from point A at grid reference SD 63207 10997 in a generally south west by westerly direction to point B at grid reference SD 62898 10741; as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1Hor119/Bla013 over a total distance of approximately 422 metres. No alternative route is available.

The Order is necessary to facilitate continuation of tree clearance, major earth works and HV electric diversion works to facilitate development and will continue for a period of six months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier
