Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) - Section 14(1) the Council of the Borough of
St. Helens (Saints Rugby League Stadium) (Temporary prohibition of driving) order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8th day
of March, 2022, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in either direction along Rigby Street at its junction with Duke Street and revocation of the one way system on Hamer Street, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.

The Order came into force on Friday 11th March, 2022, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will only be in operation on event and match days at the Saints Rugby League Stadium. The reason for making this Order is to facilitate safety for those leaving the Saints Rugby League Stadium.
