Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning
(Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:
Application Number: P/2021/0798/FUL
Proposal: Conversion of Church (D1) to 6no flats, creation of new vehicle access point and external alterations.
Applicant: Mr James Chadwick
