Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wracsam yn bwriadu gwneud GORCHYMYN fGWAHARPD TRAFFIG PRWOPD) PROS PRO dan Adran 14(1) Peddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a fydd yn dod i rym ar 23/08/21 ac yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio'r man honno o Gadeirlan Isaf, Wrecsam, o'i chyffordd 3 Lfln Barcas i'r gyfeiriad y de am bellter o 207 metr i'w chyffordd £ Ffordd Jeffreys, er mwyn i O'Connor Utilities Ltd gwblhau gwaith ar y briffordd.
Bydd cerbydau a effeithir gan gau'r ffordd yn medru myndffordd arall ar hyd L6n Barkers, Ffordd Jeffreys a Chadeirlan Isaf, a bydd arwyddion priodol i ddangos hyn. Bydd mynediad i gerbydau'r gwasanaethau brys ac i gerddwyr ar gael drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.
Mae disgwyl i'r gwaharddiad bara am 9 diwrnod, neu lai os bydd y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, a dim mwy na 18 mis,

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORPER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 effective from 23/08/21 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Lower Minster, Wrexham from its junction with Barkers Lane in a S. direction for a distance of 207m to its junction with Jeffreys Road to enable O'Connor Utilities Ltd.to undertake works on the highway.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via Barkers Lane, Jeffreys Road and Lower Minster and will be signposted. Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained throughout the period of closure. The prohibition is expected to last for 9 days, or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
