Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Epic Bars (Warrington) Limited in respect of premises to be known as Trilogy (formerly Snow Bar & Secrets), 15-17 Friars Gate, Warrington, Cheshire, WAI 2RR has applied to Warrington Borough Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to seek approval of proposed alterations detailed in die plan submitted with the application. The alterations comprise of the following; Ground floor ¦ Removal of screen at the entrance screen. Central island bar to be removed to form new central dance floor. Relocation of bar servery. Dl will be located central to the dance floor looking towards the entrance doors and access to first floor stairs and rear back wall bar. Creation of booth seating. First floor -The lower bar is extended and the DJ located off the new dance floor. A new access stair is to be formed centrally from the dance floor to the first terraceJo amend conditions 8, 27,29,30/31 and 42 of Annex 2 of the premises licence relating to door supervisors, provision of bottle bins, provision of polycarbonate and glass dnnkingvessels,membership marketing,identification and age verification systemTo remove Conditions 15,25,26 and 28 of Annex 2 as these no longer apply to the style and operation of the premises or have been incorporated into the changes made above. To include the non-standard timing that all licensable activities will be extended from the end of the permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's DayAny representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section,Warrington Borough Council.Town Hall, East Annexe, Sankey Street, Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 1UH or by email to -
