NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 36 IN THE COMMUNITY OF CONNAH'S QUAY

Flintshire County Council has made an Order which will prohibit pedestrians from using that section of Public Footpath No.36 in the Community of Connahs Quay from its junction with Public Footpath No. 20 in the Community of Connahs Quay near Ewloe Castle at NGR 32889 36762 to a point further down the footpath at NGR 32920 36781. The reason for the closure is for health and safety reasons during a landslip repair.

There is an alternative route available that follows Public Footpath No. 23 in the Community of Connah's Quay at NGR 32889 36762 and then leaves this Public Footpath at NGR 32882 36773 and follows a route to meet up with Public Footpath No. 36 in the Community of Connah's Quay at NGR 32920 36781.

It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on the 8th March 2021, or as soon as possible thereafter. The footpath closure

is expected to last for the maximum period of six months until 7th September 2021.

(40MPH AND 50MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that on the 02nd March 2021 The Flintshire County Council made an Order under Section 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all enabling powers, the effect of which will be:-

a) To impose a speed limit of 40mph on the length of road specified in Schedule 1 and 2 to this notice;



b) To impose a speed limit of 50mph on the length of road specified in Schedule 3 and 4 to this notice;



c) The Order revokes The Flintshire County Council (A548 Bagillt By-Pass) (40mph and 50mph Speed Limit) Order 2018 and The County Council of Clwyd (A548 and Access Road to Manor Farm Industrial Estate, Bagillt) (Traffic Regulation) Order 1993 in their entirety.

Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd March 2021, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013 so as to introduce:

1. 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions-:

2. 'No Waiting Monday - Friday 8.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm - 4.00pm' restrictions: a. On the north east side of Ffordd Uewelyn, Flint.



In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.
