Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. Pilkington Rd, Radcliffe - east side, from a point 10m north of the northerly kerbline of Lowe St to a point 20m south of the southerly kerbline of Lowe St Pilkington Rd, Radcliffe - west side, from a point 10m north of the projected northerly kerbline of Lowe St for a distance of 23m in a southerly direction Lowe St, Radcliffe - both sides, from the east kerbline of Pilkington Rd for a distance of 10m in an easterly direction

Coronation Rd, Radcliffe - both sides, from the west kerbline of Pilkington

Rd for a distance of 20m in a westerly direction A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 20/11/20 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke St, Bury BL9 OEJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 20/11/20 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
