Covid-19 Response - Time Square Surface Level Car Park (Suspension of Use) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which will be to introduce the following restriction: -
1. Temporarily suspend the Order specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice to the extent as detailed in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
The order will be effective from 15th October 2020 for a maximum period of 18 months & will be effective as & when indicated by traffic signs on site. The restriction is required to facilitate COVID-19 response & recovery measures.
Greenwav. Appleton (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Greenway from its jet. with Broomfields Rd to its jet. with Dingleway. The Order will be effective from 5th October 2020 tor 3 days as & when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Broomfields Rd, Dingleway & vice versa. The closure is required to allow United Utilities to install a new water connection. Ref: High/2158

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows:- Entire lengths of road: Ellesmere Rd; Withins Rd; Lansdowne; Kirkby Rd; Walton Rd; Queen's Ave; Duke Ave; Coronation Ave; Sandfleld Cres; Poplar Ave; Downham Ave; Fowley Common Ln - From No.24 to the end of public highway at Wood End Farm; Broadhurst Ave - Full length of cul-de-sac from No. 54 to No. 64; Kaye Ave - Full length outside No. 2; Hampson Ave - Full length outside No .1; Bent Ln - From Us jet. with New Hall Ln to its jet. with Church Ln; New Hall Ln - From its jet. with Bent Ln to its jet. with Thames Rd. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 34) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows: -
1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) In the 93rd Schedule by the addition of:- No Stopping on School Entrance Markings between the hours of 8am to 5pm. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) (Amendment No. 33) Experimental Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that on 30th September 2020 the Council made the abovementioned Order under Sections 1,4,9 & 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling Powers. The effect of the Order is as follows:-
1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: -
(a) In the 20th Schedule by the addition of:- No Waiting between the hours of 8am to 9am & 3pm to 4pm. Monday to Friday: Arley Rd (Nth East Side) - From a point 15m nth west of its jet. with Chapel Ln for a distance of 184m in a sth easterly direction; Ariey Rd (Sth West Side) - From its jet. with Chapel Ln for a distance of 15m in a nth westerly direction; Arley Rd (Sth West Side) - From its jet. with Chapel Ln for a distance of 5m in a sth easterly direction; Ariey Rd (Sth West Side) - From a point 129.68m sth east of its jet. with Chapel Ln for a distance of 34.5m in a sth easterly direction; Chapel Ln (Both Sides) - From its jet. with Arley Rd for a distance of 15m in a sth westerly direction.

(b) In the 93rd Schedule by the addition of No Stopping on School Entrance Markings between the hours of 8am to 5pm.
