The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015. Application No: 2020/37480 and 2020/37479 (Full planning permission) Proposal: Listed Building Application - Proposed Removal of lean-to roof, construction of outdoor terrace (first floor) and new bi-fold doors to rear wall Location: 78, Sankey Street, Bewsey and Whitecross, Warrington, WA11SG Applicant: J Glover Application No: 2020/37414 Proposal: Full Planning -Change of use to residential (2 Bedroom apartment with separate entrance) to the 2nd and part of 1st Floor, replacement windows and a single storey rear extension at ground floor to existing dental surgery Location: Museum Street Dental Practice, 11-13 Museum Street, Warrington, WA11JA Applicant: lanSproat The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990 A copy of the application may be inspected online at
