Application No: 2020/37393 Proposal: Variation ot Condition (Major) Proposed variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans and documents) on previously approved application 2016/29398 to amend house types , minor alterations to the layout and to provide all dwelling as 100% affordable homes Location: Station Goods Yard Site, Green Lane, Poulton-with-Fearnhead, Warrington Applicant: S Fallon, Praya Homes Ltd The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
