TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10 Application under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning 1990 Act (power to make non-material changes to planning permission) Proposed development at: Land off Firs Lane and Plank Lane, Leigh I GIVE NOTICE THAT Taylor Wimpey UK Limited, Wigan Council and the Canal & River Trust have submitted an application to Wigan Council for a non-material amendment to outline planning permission ref. A/16/82492/OUTMES which seeks to substitute the approved Parameters Plan [ref. PL-1415-A1-004-02-02] listed in Condition 2. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Wigan Council, Places Directorate, Economy & Skills, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS within 14 days from the date of this notice. Date: 25th June 2020 *"Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired terms of which is not less than seven years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver). **"Tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land. Statement of owners' rights The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement.
