(as Amended) - SECTION 14(1) THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 214, THATTO HEATH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION
OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 21st day of February, 2020, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in either direction along public right of way between Elephant Lane to Thatto Heath Park at the railway footbridge, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site. The Order will come into force on Saturday 29th February 2020, and will have a maximum duration of six months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be three weeks.
The reason for making this Order is to facilitate
repairs to the railway footbridge.
