(Public Footpath Tyldesley No. 153) Public Path Stopping Up Order 2019
The above Order was made on 21 st October 2019. The effect of the Order will be to stop up the public footpath Tyldesley No. 153 running from Chaddock Lane at Point A on the Order map at grid reference 370976 401025 for a distance of approximately 150 metres in a north easterly direction at Point B at grid reference 371065 401138 as shown on the Order map by a bold black line.
And create an alternative bridleway running from the junction with Chaddock Lane at Point A on the Order map grid reference 370976 401025 for a distance of approximately 340 metres in a north easterly direction to its {unction with public bridleway Tyldesley No. 143 along Garrett Lane at Point C on the Order map at grid reference 371090 401330 as shown on the order map by a broken black line.
A copy of the Order and the Order map be seen free of charge at the Town Hall, Library Street, Wigan from 9am to 4.30pm on any day Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at the price of £1.00. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Assistant Director - Legal at the Town Hall, Library Street, Wigan not later than 28th November 2019. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wigan Borough Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

(Public Footpaths Tyldesley No. 139, Tyldesley No. 140, Tyldesley No. 141, Tyldesley No. 142 & Tyldesley No. 151) Public Path Stopping Up Order 2019
The above Order was made on 21 st October 2019. The effect of the Order will be to stop up the following public footpaths:
? Tyldesley No. 139 at approximately 55 metres from its junction with Chaddock Lane at Point F on the map

at grid reference 371122 401048 to a distance of approximately 128 metres in a northerly direction at Point D at grid reference 371123 401174 as shown on the Order map by the bold black line.
? Tyldesley No. 140 from Point B on the map at grid reference 371166 401236 for a distance of approximately 108 metres in a westerly then southerly direction to point D on the map at grid reference 371123 401174 as shown on the Order map by the bold black line.

? Tyldesley No. 141 at approximately 20 metres from its junction with Kendal Road at Point A on the map at grid reference 371224 401234 for a distance of approximately 60 metres in a westerly direction to Point B on the map at grid reference 371166 401236 as shown on the Order map by the bold black line.

? Tyldesley No. 142 from point B on the map at grid reference 371166 401236 for approximately 122 metres in a north westerly direction to Point C on the map at grid reference 371090 401330 as shown on the Order map by the bold black line.

? Tyldesley No. 151 from point ? on the map at grid reference 371123 401174 for a distance of approximately 82 metres in a south westerly direction to Point Eon the map at grid reference 371057 401144 as shown on the Order map by the bold black line.

The alternative footpath is:
? The alternative route proposed commences at Tyldesley No. 139 and will run along its original alignment from Chaddock Lane north for approximately 55 metres to Point F on the map at grid reference 371122 401048, from which it runs westerly then northerly for a distance of approximately 113 metres to Point H on the map at grid reference 371108 401138 as shown on the Order map by a broken black line.

? The alternative route proposed continues at Tyldesley No. 141 and will run along its original alignment from Kendal Road west past Point Q for approximately 58 metres, then south for 40 metres returning west the south west for approximately 126 metres to Point H on the map at grid reference 371108 401138 as shown on the Order map by a broken black line.

? The alternative proposed route for Tyldesley No. 142 commences at Point Q on the map at grid reference 371201 401235, it initially heads north for approximately 65 metres then west for 84 metres then generally north west to Point C on the map at grid reference 371090 401330 where it meets public bridleway Tyldesley No. 43 on Garrett Lane as shown on the Order map by a broken black line.

? The alternative proposed route for Tyldesley No. 151 commences at Point H on the map at grid reference 371108 401138 and runs in a westerly direction for approximately 55 metres to Point E on the map at grid reference 371057 401144 to its junction with public footpath Tyldesley No. 152 and the newly created bridleway Tyldesley No. 153 as shown on the Order map by a broken black line.

Winwick Lane, Lowton - 7.5 Tonne Weight Limit Restriction Notice of Proposals Audio Tape, Cd, Large Print Or Other Formats On Request. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wigan Borough Council, in exercise of the powers under Sections 1 -4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to make the Wigan Borough Council (Winwick Lane, Lowton) (7.5 Tonne Weight Limit Restriction) Order 2019.
The effect of the Order will be to impose a maximum weight limit of 7.5 tonnes on the following length of road at any time:
? On Winwick Lane, Lowton, travelling in a southerly direction, from its junction with A572 Newton Road to its constitutional boundary with Warrington Borough Council

There will be limited exceptions permitting vehicles over the 7.5 tonne weigh limit to travel on the road:
? To enable access to make deliveries; for the purpose of building and similar operations, removing obstructions to traffic, road works and works by statutory undertakers; for local authority, Water Companies and Post Office purposes; if the vehicles are fire service or police vehicles or ambulances, (liveried vehicles) and it may be used as a tactical diversion route when the M6 junctions 23-22 are closed.

A copy of the proposed Order, the relevant map and a statement of the reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Wigan Town Hall, Library Street, Wigan, between 9am and 4:30pm on any day from Monday to Friday.
Any objection to the Order must be made in writing and specify the grounds thereof and must be made to the Assistant Director - Legal, Town Hall, Library Street, Wigan quoting reference RD/LS/SEC/CL48.382 not later than 2nd December 2019. Dated this 31st day of October 2019
