DAVID (DAVE) BARLOW Elaine, Clare, Alan, Michael and Kelley would like to express heartfelt thanks to family, friends and neighbours for their care, kindness and invaluable support during Dave's illness, we could not have got through such a difficult time without you. Special thanks to South Lancs Motor Neurone Disease Association, Mill Street Medical Centre, St Helens District Nurses and Dave's lovely carers, Daniel, Tyler, Leah and Simon. We were overwhelmed by the number of people who came together to pay respects to Dave, we really can't thank you enough. Enormous thanks also for the beautiful cards received and the many donations made to MNDA. Our gratitude goes to John Clayton for a lovely service and to Co -operative Funeralcare, St Helens. Dave will be forever in our hearts, our thoughts and our conversations!
