HENRY HALL The family of the late Henry would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for their sympathy cards and kind words of condolence at this very sad time. Special thanks to Dr Topping and staff at Hollybank Surgery, to Ward 3C at Whiston Hospital and to Father Jonathan Brown for his kind ministrations. Special thanks also to Leanne at F.W.
