MIKE APPLETON Carol and Claire would like to thank everyone who attended the crematorium for the celebration of Mike's life. Special thanks to Bill, Jonathan and Johnny Lol. Thanks to staff at Central Surgery, Ward2A at Whiston Hospital and friends and neighbours for cards, messages and flowers. Many thanks for the donations received for the Steve Prescott Foundations which totalled £400.00 and finally thanks to Frank Dooley and Son for the kindness shown. 'We will miss you Mike'
