CLIFF WORTHINGTON Kath,Paul,Ian and family would like to thank friends, family and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy and support, their cards, flowers and donations to Willowbrook Hospice following their recent sad loss of Cliff. Our special thanks go to the District Nursing Staff who attended him, to Gary Barker Community Matron, to Marshall's Cross Surgery and to the staff of Unite Healthcare including Stephen Jones for their dedication, compassion and reliability. To David Steer QCDL for his kind and comprehensive Delivery of Cliffs Eulogy, to Yvonne Hopkins Celebrant for her sensitivity in leading the service and to Co-op Funeral Care for their kindness, warmth and professional help during such a difficult time. Finally we are grateful to everyone who was ever involved in Cliff's care during his long period of disability. God Bless you all.
