CULLEN Philip Joseph Peacefully in hospital with his devoted wife Carole by his side on 9th November 2021 aged 70 years. Phil will be sadly missed by his daughter, Emma Louise and son Mark Philip and their families. Phil grew up in Blackbrook and was a keen Saints Rugby League supporter all his life. Funeral service to be held at St David's C/E Church, Carr Mill on Thursday 25th November at 11am, followed by interment at St Helens Cemetery 12 noon.
