SMITH Kathleen Ann (Née Hardman) Passed away peacefully in Whiston Hospital on 17th October 2021 aged 77 years. Beloved wife to Keith, loving mum to Sharon and Heather and adored nan, great nan and mother in law. A funeral service will take place at St Marys' Birchley on Friday 5th November 2021 at 10.45 am followed by burial in the churchyard.
