SUSAN FAZAKERLEY Passed away on 30th September aged 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Colin, Adored Mum, Nan and Grans. A funeral service is to take place at St Luke's Church Knowsley Road on Thursday 7th November at 2.00pm followed by a Committal at St Helens Crematorium.
