PHILIP COWLEY (PHILL) Sadly passed away at Whiston hospital on 5th October 2019 aged 59. Phill was a devoted husband of Jan. Loving father to Nicola, Stephen & Christopher. Loving father in-law to Mark, Mansi & Raquel. Devoted grandad to Emily & Arin. Also a loving brother, brother in-law & uncle. He will be very sadly missed by all of his family, friends & all that knew him. Funeral to take place on Thursday 24th October at 1pm at St Helens Crematorium.
