JAMES ARTHUR BELL Sadly passed away on Sunday 18th August, 2019 aged 79 years. Devoted husband of Carol, beloved dad of Andrew, Janet and Helen and daughter in law Tracey, and loving grandad to all his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service and Burial to take place on Tuesday 27th August, 2019, 2pm at Greenacres, Blindfoot Road, Rainford, WA11 7HX.
