WELSBY - WILLIAM (BILL) Sadly passed away at Tree Tops Residential Home on July 31st 2019. Loving Husband of the late Irene. Much loved Dad of Jean. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. The funeral will take place at St. Helens Crematorium on Thursday 15th August at 1.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Alzheimers Society, c/o Gornalls.
