JAMES ROUGHLEY Peacefully on the 6th November 2018 at Whiston Hospital surrounded by his family. James was a devoted husband to the late Margaret Rita Roughley. Dad to Carol and Philip, daughter in law Mary, Grandchildren Ryan, Adam, Rebecca and Emily, brother of Joyce also a brother in law and uncle.
