CHRISTOPHER DAVID STEVENSON (DAVE) Passed away peacefully on 25/10/2018 at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital aged 67 years. Beloved Husband to Marilyn, Loving Father to Paul and Denise and Grandad to Jade and Mena. Dave will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A Funeral Service is to be conducted on Wednesday 14th November 1:30pm at St Helens Crematorium. Family Flowers Only, donations if desired to be made to The British Heart Foundation.
