BRENDA BAGSHAW Brenda died peacefully, aged 88, in October 2017. A memorial service will take place at Christ Church Eccleston for Brenda and her beloved husband Harry who died 4 years ago. This will happen at 2pm on Thursday 22nd February and is planned as an happy celebration of two remarkable people's lives. Anyone who knew them is welcome.

Mrs Bagshaw as I knew her, was my teacher at Chapel Lane Primary school. She helped me integrate with the other children after a shaky start for me. I recall her talking about her barge canal holidays. She was my favourite primary school teacher. Sorry I wasn't able to tell her this in later years.
