I ALSO saw this strange light in the sky more than once but first saw it on July 29 just after midnight. It caught my eye from my bedroom window because it was so bright.
It then disappeared and then reappeared further along over a set of houses in the blink of an eye. It stayed there for a few seconds and disappeared once again and reappeared even further along the set of houses. It disappeared and I did not see it again until August 12.
I was in bed. I leave my window and blinds open at night. I saw the light once again, it was right above my house. In fact it made my bedroom light up. I jumped out of bed and looked up at it and within a second of me looking at it, it disappeared yet again. I looked all over the sky, checked the front of my house and there was no trace of it anywhere, it was nowhere to be seen.
It was no aeroplane because it was one big white light and made no noise and it seemed to move incredibly fast and then disappear. As it was right above and my window was open I definitely would have heard it. I live in Whiston JEAN (full name and address supplied)
