What would you prefer to do Jim, further dilute the vote with immigration, and deepen our monetary commitment to Europe? More public sector spending? Where are we going to find the money from Jim? THERE ISN'T ANY LEFT. Remember every Labour voter, forget your punitive tax for a proportion of the elderly, THE LABOUR PARTY BANKRUPTED OUR COUNTRY FOR YOUR GRANDCHILDREN.

Any vote against the coalition is a vote against Britain.

Furthermore, and even WORSE, is the people I have come across that haven't even bothered to vote for anything. Disgraceful.

All the way from Labour's new seat, Thatto-le-Willows.
No the bankers bankrupted our country not the labour party and we all know the party which the bankers fund "the conservative party"

Are you aware that Osborne is going borrow a trillion pounds over 100 years now i think your grand children and their grand children will be paying for that .

If we had no money left how come we can cut the tax of a millionaire Osborne said that the 5p tax will only cost a 100 million peanuts to him but a **** lot to the rest of us ,stop believing what the daily mail and torygraph write.

Before the world financial crisis labours fiscal policy was going to be copied by the tories infact the tories were accusing labour of having too much regulation on the banking system . i can provide the links to this info if needed sankey gets upset if you post links supporting your argument .
The Iraq and Afghan wars cost nothing? Put your Labour manual down and stop felching them. Your like a sick whining puppy.
Like the war with Libya cost nothing thou there was suppose to be no money left and i didn't support the wars in Iraq and i don't support the war in Afghanistan but we all know what the wars are about OIL . You just like country palatine just swallow the neo liberal garbage that is propaganda in the media by rich and powerful corporate magnets that want you earning a pittance while they siphon off the wealth for themselves .

99% of the people in this country pay their way the rich don't they avoid paying what is due . As Panorama showed on Monday the the worlds wealthiest company's want a educated work force a healthy work force a safe environment to do business but just don't want to pay for it . So carry on supporting a system that laughs at you ."

The coalition got the battering it deserved

NOW the excitement of the recent elections is over, it is time to reflect.

The Coalition got the battering it deserved! It said we were 'all in it together', but it didn't say that some were much deeper in it than others.

It promised 'fairness' but revealed it didn't know the meaning of the word. And it showed how inept it has been at running the country for the last couple of years, with no progress to speak of.

Labour may be feeling a little smug after its 'success', but in my view this is the result of a protest vote against the Coalition.

Where does it leave us? Still in a mess, still lacking fairness, still lacking trust in politicians, still no one capable of sorting it out... but perhaps the message is getting through.
