I BOUGHT an electrical item, a stand up fan, from the new Dunelm Mill store on St Helens Retail Park, Peasley Cross.
Having assembled it, I switched it on, but after an hour the motor packed up.
I phoned the store and told them what had happened, and they told me to bring it in and they would exchange it.
Not only did they exchange it, they assembled the new one for me, and gave me a lift home as well. Now that’s what I call customer service!
