I've half a mind to stick my bin out and there it will stay until it's collected, additional bags and all,

Ive paid my council tax all year, wheeled out my nice easy to move bin to the front of the garden, not my fault if the council don't want to do their bit

I'll take your comment in good humour seeing as it serves no other practical use

For someone who suggests putting their bin and bags of waste outside until collected immediately makes me think of a selfish person who does not think of the consequence's this may cause, What about blind people or people with prams and young children who may have to step onto the carriageway to get past with this in mind I will ask you again, are you using your own brain or are you running one in for an idiot?
