WE are always hearing about how incompetent our council is but I have just seen the reverse side.
I am in the process of selling my father’s ex-council house in order to finance his nursing home costs, after weeks of calls emails etc between my solicitor and myself we still could not resolve certain issues.
I rang the council and had the good fortune to speak to Nicola Revill, within one hour my solicitor emailed me to advise that all was sorted, massive thanks to Nicola, it came across that not only does she know what she’s doing but she really cares about giving good customer service.
