Doesn't council have more important things to spend £26m on?
WITH the council tax set to rise by 5.99 per cent this year and £9m of funding cuts over the next two years, couldn’t this council think of more important things to spend the £26m they’ve found to purchase the white elephant of the Church Square Shopping Centre on?
