I READ on the St Helens Council website that it is still producing the St Helens First Magazine.
That’s three editions per year to more than 82,500 households in the borough.
Approximately quarter of a million copies per year.
The cost of producing, printing and delivering these, would I am sure go a long way to offsetting the savings of moving to a three weekly brown bin collection.
It appears that our council are more concerned with producing rubbish rather than removing it.
