Go on a round
REGARDING the three weekly bin collection proposals.
Perhaps if the people on the council proposing this were to have a day out with the bin men on their rounds in the different areas of St Helens they would see how full and overflowing most bins are after just a fortnight.
Then use what little imagination they have and realise it will only create more mess on our already littered streets.
