Superb way to use land
THE plans for 130 apartments at Atlas Street, St Helens for residents aged 55 are a superb way of reusing land, providing much-needed housing for a growing ageing population.
They are probably the first of many.
Within easy access of the town too for those with limited mobility and not too far out to isolate them. Yes, there’ll be road works, but, we need to repurpose our town, so it’s a small price to pay. I’m behind this 100 per cent
