A big family will struggle with overflowing bins
OUR daughter and her family live in St Helens.
They are a family of five and would really struggle with overflowing bins with reduced collections.
Before anybody comes back with “make a weekly trip to the tip to dispose of excess rubbish” in their case it is not possible as neither her nor her husband drive, so therefore they do not own a car.
They won’t be the only family without a car either.
