It makes no sense to me
IN response to Julie Gibbons' “Kiln Lane bend is so dangerous” letter. In 2001 a young man was killed in a hit-and-run on Kiln Lane and nothing was done about the road.
Two years later on the incident/accident free Coronation and Hamilton Road estate it was determined that speed bumps were needed; a cost of £20,000.
