Bin charge so unfair
I AM an 84-year-old who likes to garden, I have a fair sized landscape garden which I tend to myself.
I have three fair sized lawns, hedges, bushes and plants which I tend to on a regular bases.
Even with all of this I do not always need my green bin emptying every time.
The powers that be should put their heads together and think of a fairer way of bringing in this charge.
